Instruments of Practice

Our Instruments of Practice are the tools we use to accompany communities in developing and strenghtening the infrastructures they have created. Each partnership is tailored, but our work is grounded in four instruments:

Communities don’t need another report telling them what’s wrong. They need practical anchors to keeptheir vital systems running, especially when they’re under pressure.
We amplify the innate design capacity of communities and help them build the specific tools that serve their own logic.
We act as a bridge, helping communities share what they've built with others who are ready to listen and adapt. No gatekeeping, no intentional silos.

In addition to this, we are building the tools that will allow us to take this to the next level ...

As we said, this is so much bigger than us. We see this work as temporary. Why?  Because if the goal is to help repair some of the harm that has been done over decades in the field of development and policy advisory, then we need a lot more.

So we are building a technological tool to bring us all together, to connect us so we can know of one another, learn from each another, and re-build our systems and structures as we see fit. If you want to know more, reach out!
